It entirely depends upon the complexity of the project. On all builds, you will receive your mockup of the landing page or of the homepage within 5 days of us receiving your requirements. Depending on how much adjustments are needed and input is given, the actual website build can be as fast as a couple weeks.

Prior to initiating the project work, we will require the details from your end or the "requirements". Depending on the scope of the project, what we need from you will change. Things like existing logos, product information or imagery, existing brand books, and anything else that you have prepared may be asked for.

Yes, the websites we design for our clients are fully functional on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop. Our designers create the website with site responsiveness in mind from the start. Even with our most basic offerings, the mobile version of the site will be optimized along side desktop.

Gone are the days of boring WordPress templates and non responsive sites. In addition to Wix Studio & Editor, we use Figma for prototyping/mockups in conjunction with Adobe suites.

You might be surprised, but CS is actually an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, Chris, the founder of CS. However, some items such as custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied. Each revision request can be as quick as 24 hours or as long as 5 days based on the needed adjustments.

Hosting and domain are not included. The price is for the time to design and build the website. Hosting is an ongoing fee from our service provider Wix. You don't have to get hosting until complete and we will also go over set up upon delivery.

Yes! CS Pro doesn't offer enterprise websites or applications. The majority of sites we make are dominated by small businesses who are looking to get online, get a design makeover, or simple drive and convert more traffic.

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no total refunds issued. The first page mock-up is considered 30% of the build. If you truly don't like the direction that it is going in, the maximum refund is 70% and that is only offered before the creation of the rest of the site at the point the first page mockup is delivered.
